Turkey Sticker Visa Application Requirements
Please ensure that your application is submitted with the following documents:
- Valid Passport: Must have at least six months of validity from the date of application.
- Photographs: Three recent color photographs (2x2 size, matte paper).
- Marriage Certificate: Required if traveling as a married couple (must be attested by a Notary Public).
- National ID or Birth Certificate: Photocopy required (ID is mandatory).
- Airline Ticket Booking: Copy of the reservation.
- Hotel Reservation: Copy of the booking confirmation.
- Bank Statement: Original, up-to-date statement covering the last three months of transactions.
- Bank Solvency Certificate: Original document.
- Letter of Introduction: From the applicant's company/employer.
- Trade License: Must be attested by a Notary Public.
- Income Tax Return/TIN: Must be attested by a Notary Public.
- Membership Certificate: To any trade body (must be attested by a Notary Public).
- Travel Insurance: Proof of coverage.
- Introduction Letter: Additional introductory letter, if applicable.
