Passport: Valid for at least 7 months (include old passport if available)

Airline ticket reservation
Cover letter
Personal bank statement (last 6 months) and bank solvency certificate
Application form
Valid passport
Old passport (if any)
Airline booking slip (round trip)
Hotel booking confirmation
Invitation letter (if applicable)
Two photographs (2 inch x 1.4 inch)

Businessman:

Passport: Valid for at least 7 months (include old passport if available)
Personal or company bank statement (last 6 months) with a minimum balance of BDT 70,000 for each applicant
